Brick with Hot Pepper is a rindless, firm, white cheese, with a springy texture, slightly softer than Cheddar. Its flavour is similar to that of mild Cheddar. Similar in flavour to the well-known “Jalapeno Jack” cheese, this Hot Pepper cheese is good as a snack, in sandwiches or salads, and in cooking.
