Parmesan, one of the most popular hard cheeses, originated in northern Italy. It has a hard, granular body that is straw to yellow in colour. Its flavour is nutty, tangy and pleasantly piquant. In our fundraising line, we offer a 400g bag of grated Parmesan blend, which adds zest to sauces, soups, steamed vegetables, pizza and pasta dishes.
