The tasty array of cheese buried in layers in our unique, hand-crafted wooden chest includes Canadian favourites ranging from Havarti (170g) to Old, Extra Old, & Marbled Cheddar (a 170g bar of each) and a 113g log of flavoured goats’ milk Chevre; and such international fare as six 22g French Mini Babybel wheels; a colourful round package (170g) of twelve 14g wedges of Swiss Knight Gruyere; and 125g tins of Danish Brie and Camembert. To accompany that lovely selection are two varieties of imported crackers: Paris Toasts from France (36 mini toasts – 80g) and a box of flavourful, crunchy Cheese Crisps (127g), crafted at John Wm. Macy’s Family Bakery in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. As a crowning touch, to satisfy those with a sweet tooth, are four 64ml jars of fruit preserves from Niagara-on-the-Lake.
