Getting Started
How do I apply for a fundraising campaign?
Simply visit our Get Started page and complete the application form. You'll need to provide information about your organization, contact details, fundraising goals, and delivery preferences. Our team reviews applications within 1-2 business days.
What types of organizations can participate?
We work with schools, sports teams, churches, non-profits, community groups, and other legitimate organizations across Canada. You must have a valid Canadian address for product delivery.
Is there an application fee?
No, there are absolutely no upfront fees to join our program. We only earn when you do - through our commission structure.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days. If we need additional information, we'll contact you directly.
Campaign Management
How long can my fundraising campaign run?
Campaigns typically run between 3-8 weeks. The minimum duration is 3 weeks to ensure adequate time for sales, and you must end your campaign at least 2 weeks before your desired delivery date.
When do I need to end my campaign?
Your campaign must end at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your desired delivery date. This allows time for order processing, production, and shipping coordination.
Can I extend my campaign if it's going well?
Campaign extensions may be possible if they don't conflict with your delivery timeline. Contact us at least one week before your planned end date to discuss options.
What if my campaign isn't meeting its goals?
Our team is here to help! We can provide marketing tips, promotional materials, and strategies to boost sales. Contact us for personalized support and proven strategies from successful groups.
Products & Pricing
What products do you offer?
We offer premium Canadian cheese products including individual artisan cheeses ($15 each) like aged cheddar, horseradish cheddar, gouda, havarti, and brick cheese, plus curated gift baskets ranging from $30-$145 with cheese, crackers, and gourmet accompaniments.
How much profit does my organization make?
Your organization keeps $5.10 for every $15 package sold, which is a 34% profit margin. Most groups easily raise thousands of dollars in just a few weeks!
Are there any fees or deductions?
No additional fees are deducted from your 34% profit. We handle all payment processing, fulfillment, and shipping costs. There are no case minimums and no wasted product.
How are prices determined?
Individual cheese packages are $15 each, and gift baskets range from $30 (Crackers & Cheese Please) to $145 (Buried Treasure). Prices include all costs and ensure fair profit margins for organizations.
Orders & Payments
How do customers place orders?
Customers use your unique fundraising link to browse products and place orders online. They can also use printable order forms. Payments are processed securely through our platform.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods. Customers can pay directly when they place their orders online.
When do we receive our commission payment?
You receive your profit after the campaign ends and all orders are delivered. The timing aligns with your delivery date and distribution to supporters.
How do we track our progress?
As your participants sell cheese, orders are collected in real time so you can track your progress and fundraising goals through your dashboard.
Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping work?
All orders from your campaign are consolidated and shipped to your organization's address in one delivery. You then distribute individual orders to your supporters using the clearly labeled packages we provide.
Is shipping free?
Free delivery is available for most groups once the minimum invoice amount is reached (based on location). Orders arrive clearly labeled, with sorting bags provided if requested.
How long does shipping take?
Your delivery date is set when you apply. We coordinate all orders to arrive on your chosen delivery date for simple and stress-free distribution.
Can orders be shipped to individual customers?
Our model consolidates all orders to your organization for efficient distribution. This keeps costs low and ensures you can coordinate with all your supporters.
What if products arrive damaged?
We guarantee product quality. All our cheese is premium Canadian quality from our federally licensed facility. If items arrive damaged, contact us immediately for replacement.

Yes! Your dashboard provides real-time updates on orders, sales totals, and progress toward your goals. You can see exactly how your campaign is performing at any time.

Who is Springbank Cheese Company?
Springbank Cheese Company was established in 1960 by Frank Hemsworth and has been proudly operated by three generations of the Hemsworth family. We offer over 450 varieties of high-quality cheese from our federally licensed Ontario facility.
What makes your cheese special?
Our cheese is cut, shredded, and packaged at our Ontario facility which is federally licensed under the Safe Food for Canadians Act and regularly inspected by CFIA and OMAFRA. We guarantee premium Canadian quality.
Where are you located?
We're headquartered in Woodstock, Ontario, with retail locations there and five Calgary locations (Mount Pleasant, Willow Park, Crowfoot Corner, Garrison Gate, Aspen Landing). We serve fundraising groups across Canada.
